As your EDI provider, some trading partners will even reach out to us and let us know when changes are on the way. We work with clients to pass along any information about these changes and potential impacts as soon as possible.
RETAIL Market Notices to REPs/Suppliers
Many markets only send change notifications to retail trading partners, rather than their EDI providers. When you receive a notice we simply ask that you pass that information along to us. We will work together to determine any changes needed and make sure they are tested and delivered prior to any actual changes at the utility.

Automated EDI Transaction Monitoring
Our automated monitoring routines alert our product support group to any error. We use a work queue system to track any transaction failures and see them through to resolution.
Automated EDI Transaction Retries
If any transaction fails to send due to a connectivity failure we will automatically queue it for resend. After 5 failures we notify the support team for resolution.
Manual EDI Transaction Corrections and Retries
Our support team will automatically try to resolve any transaction failure they see. Sometimes they can't do it all on their own. When that happens they will reach out to the client team or utility for assistance in correcting the data so they can resend the transaction.
