Enrollment & Sales Channel Support
We know that enrolling customers accurately is important to growing your business. That's why our core offering provides two paths for customer enrollments. You can use our fast and dependable web service APIs to process enrollments from your customer facing portal, 3rd party sales sites and even your enrollment kiosks. If your channels are disconnected, like a door to door sales force, you can simply enroll new customers through our batch-enrollment process. This also works great for aggregation deals.
For advanced needs, we offer several system upgrades including the ability to craft a custom broker-facing portal to manage your quoting, contract and enrollment processes. We could also create custom modules that allow your customer service representatives to process enrollments through our cloud-based application.
Retail Energy Customer Care and Retention
You work hard to acquire every customer. We want to help make sure those customers stay with you for a long time. Our Service Module lets your customer agents provide first class service. A flexible customer search feature makes locating customer information fast and easy. Your agents can see an overview of the customer's current status as well as a history of their entire tenure with your company. Copies of all correspondence and bills are available online, and we make it easy to post account adjustments and product or rate changes for customers who've earned them. They can also drill down to a detail level that lets them view the EDI data we received from the utility in every account transaction. We even connect our service module with our Work Queues so that you can easily trigger escalations and approvals if needed.
Billing and Payments
ampz supports every combination of billing and operations model available in competitive markets. This includes support for Supplier Consolidated, Utility Consolidated and Rate Ready Billing. We support dual billing and consolidated summary billing for partners who need it.
Billing occurs inside amps daily. The system performs a variety of validations before and after bill generation to look for any anomalies that your team may wish to review. Every morning your operations team can visit the billing page and review the results. Any exceptions can be managed by your team and those accounts can be re-invoiced. The bills are only released to the market when your team approves them. For rate ready markets billing and AR happen automatically, but we do provide shadow billing that allows you to identify the source of any discrepancies--such as differing tax calculations.
Payment processing is also supported. For retailers who use dual billing or are active in Supplier Consolidated markets we will support real-time credit card payments, recurring automatic credit and ACH payment and lockbox payments. For Utility Consolidated and Rate Ready markets we will update account balances in accordance with the transactions received by the market.
Products & Rate sChedules
The Marketing module inside of ampz is decided to balance your marketing and pricing needs effectively. The first step in this process is defining the marketing information related to your product. This includes things like your product name, category and commodity types. We think of the product as all the sales details you want to show buyers on an online shopping portal. A unique element of our design in that products can easily cross market boundaries--even when rates can't. This means you marketing team can establish a "12 Month Fixed Green Energy" plan and then use that in every market you sell in. Each product you design can have multiple associated rate schedules. That rate schedule is what we use to bill each customer. This lets a retailer offer a single product, with rate schedules tailored to specific utility territories. Operational and Advanced Reporting
Every ampz customer can enjoy a substantial number of operational reports. They cover the details of everything from billing and collections to enrollments and renewals. Our interface is designed so that each user can hide or show the columns that matter most to them. And if you want to work with the data offline it's simple. You it a button and the report will download as a file you can work with inside of Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets or Numbers.
Users who want to make the most of their data may also want to consider zbi. Our business intelligence service lets you combine ampz data with external data sources from your other systems. It provides rich graphical reports and will eventually include predictive models and prescriptive advice.
API and System Integrations
We know you value your existing system investments. That is just one reason we offer a robust API that lets you integrate ampz with other systems you might use. These restful apis will let you share sales information with Salesforce, financial data with SAP and use any of your system information in custom applications you build and manage in-house.
EDI Integration & Processing
Znalytics offers data transaction processing through our zdi service. But if you already have an EDI provider that you love we'll be happy to integrate with them.
